All customers of M S Super Host's basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement. This agreement is a legal contract between M S Super Host and the User that outlines the rights, duties, and obligations of both parties.

If our staff feels you are engaging in abusive conduct, your account(s) may be suspended and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. Customers will be given five (5) days' notice if their service is terminated due to abusive conduct. We will issue a refund for the unused portion of prepaid services.

If you purchase the Backup Extra service, you will get the option for weekly, daily, or monthly backups. While we take steps to ensure your data's safety and maintain backup servers, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup. M S Super Host is not liable for any data loss. Keep backups of your data for your safety.
Any attempt to harm or disrupt our servers or other customers' websites is strictly prohibited. We monitor all accounts and take immediate action if we detect abusive activity.
All packages have a file (inode) limit. Please check your plan for details on these limits.
Unlimited traffic and storage are intended for regular website files and documents, not for offsite storage of electronic files. Websites that abuse this policy will be subject to warnings, suspension, or cancellation.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact our support team, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed, you will be given a full refund. We process refunds within 7 working days to the same payment method used.
All customers must comply with local laws. Any content or activity on your website that violates national or international law will result in suspension and possible termination.
